Before ordering team clothing, clarify logo, placement and sizes

Restaurants, shops and event teams work differently. Explain how the clothing will be worn and where the artwork should appear before confirming production.

Before ordering team clothing, clarify logo, placement and sizes
Images illustrate applications or proposals. People and example logos do not represent completed customer projects. Confirm materials, dimensions, supplied contents and production for each product or project.

Choose garments around the role and use

Customer-facing retail, kitchen work and events have different clothing needs. Specify T-shirts, polos, aprons or other work clothing, and whether garments are supplied by you or requested from us. Protective features, certification and specialist functions require separate confirmation; ordinary printed clothing is not professional protective equipment.

Confirm logo files and placement together

Provide a clear logo file or reference, with chest, back or apron placement and intended dimensions. Small chest logos and large back designs have different readability requirements. Check names, roles, spelling and letter case individually before approval.

Break down sizes and colours instead of giving only a total

List each garment style, size, colour, quantity and name assignment. Explain any colour differences between roles. Confirm garment, fabric, application compatibility and supplied contents before agreeing the quote and production arrangements.

Specify whether you want designs or finished garments

Discuss printed designs alone, blank garments or finished printed clothing. Supply options have different information requirements and minimums. Custom quantities, production time and delivery are confirmed per proposal. People and example logos in scenes illustrate applications; they are not completed customer case studies.

What should a team clothing quote include?

List blank garments, logo preparation, print placements and expected quantities, then confirm which items the Fábrica de Ideas quote covers. A logo may need different dimensions and positions on a polo shirt, apron or sweatshirt. Check fabrics and the size breakdown before agreeing production. We handle artwork and finished-product customisation enquiries in Spain, with a contact address in Fuenlabrada, Madrid, and European courier delivery. Minimums, production time and shipping charges are confirmed per order.
