Plan seasonal designs, blank garments and quantities separately
Seasonal artwork, colours and sizes create many combinations. Start with the customer and production method before choosing what to order.

Define the occasion and buying situation
Seasonal outfits, children’s activities and team celebrations have different needs. Record the occasion, required date, garment type and estimated quantity. A clear sample can make the choice easier than a large collection of unrelated designs.
Plan blanks and designs separately where pressing is available
Suitable blank garments can be paired with different seasonal artwork when the shop has appropriate pressing equipment. This can reduce the need to prepare every finished print combination in advance. You still need to plan sizes, colours and replenishment. Printed garments cannot be reassigned as blanks.
Confirm catalogue and custom-order rules separately
Existing catalogue designs have no minimum order and allow mixed designs. Own-artwork printing, special formats and finished production have project-specific minimums. The catalogue policy does not remove minimums from every custom project.
Share the event date and confirm production and transport
Production depends on quantities, materials and approval progress. Courier transit is confirmed for the destination. Provide the event date and postcode with the enquiry, and check approval, production and transport together rather than working backwards from courier time alone.
